I don't understand the point of me making on "ON THE GO" order if I have to wait the same amount of time as I would in drive through. Not a single time has my order been ready once arriving. I screen shot the order receipt to show the time I placed it. Giving at LEAST 10 minutes till I get there because it's a few lattes, which isn t as fast as coffee to make. It's aggravating because j do the "on the go" because I'm on my way to work. It is so irritating.
Mediocre.. I was at the Queen Street location at 05:40. The guy with glasses took My order and filled it correctly but the pregnant chick was supposed to ring it up and she proceeded to wait on someone else behind Me. I had to remind her that had been waiting for her before any other customers even came into the store. The guy behind Me said he goes through the same problem at this location every time.
Managers are excellent. Staff, eh hit or miss. Most staff it's obvious they hate it here. And give attitudes.
Management here isnt good about training some new people, have had numerous beverages wrong here before and sometimes something ad simple as a sweetened peach flavored tea. Dont get donuts after noon, trust me theyre exposed to the air and flies allover it. And definitely not after 5, theyll be practically almost rocks
On 4 separate visits I asked for cream cheese on the side and specified I didn't want the 50% less fat because there's a difference in taste and texture and they gave it to me anyway. On another occasion I ordered a complete bagel and they gave me the 50% less fat again. I've complained about this multiple times and over 2 months still experiencing the problem.
I understand sometimes they're busy so it takes a while or they're under staff. But not EVERY time. I have gone here EVERYday for 2.5 years. I still come here due to being 1.5 mins from my job.
Oh! And how many times the workers forget the TURBO SHOT that automatically goes into a latte! Without it , a latte is steamed milk and flavoring of your choice. More than a handful has this happened.
I doubt this review will do any good for change sadly.
Great place to go and get coffee nice and hot they know exactly what I like and it's convenient
