Stopped in today. The gentleman who appeared to be the owner complemented my vehicle. When i got in line the man running the car wash told me I would have to take my receiver bike rack off or he would have to turn off the upper wash roller. I had forgotten it was on my truck, my bad. Anyway, the owner came in and offered to remove it for me, so i could get the complete wash, which he did. Not sure i would get that anywhere else. The truck was clean, at least as clean as most other car washes. Overall a good experience. Also, the vacuum worked fine, and had brand new hoses.
Worked there for 2 hours the owner Craig was a total asshat who's full of himself and only cares about his agenda.
Watch out when you go there, u may pay for the car wash and there is nobody waiting at the carwash station for -_- (door closed). No signs telling u to wait. Nothing..
Average pricing for a car wash, I paid $18 for their best option and I'm never disappointed with the result, it is a touchless wash. They also offer a discount service with a monthly payment.
The best car wash around. We have had the program since they opened in Southington and I have never had an issue. My last truck was black, I thought the car wash was scratching it and the owner walked me through the car wash and showed me the equipment and why they replaced the old when they bought the place. Only someone who cares about their customers would ever do that.
