I paid $90 to send a package overnight to my son. The package contained prescription medication that is extremely time sensitive - not to mention expensive. It was scheduled to be delivered this morning. It's now 5pm and no one can tell me where the package is. The UPS store doesn't have any indication that it ever left their store - it was never scanned. The employees in the store were nice enough, but claim they can't help. The owner of this franchise refuses to speak w/me or get involved to help her employees track down my package. I suspect it was stolen because I told them it contained medication - even though it's of no use recreationally. I asked if the owner would review her security footage & she refused. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE WITH ANY PACKAGE YOU CARE ABOUT. I see the owner has replied to other reviews here - this may be the only way to get a response from her.

Excellent service! Store manager was very helpful to resolve the damage claim. Shipped many packages through this store but this is first time we had a damage package. Since it was packed by the store, I received full refund including box and packing cost. Today I received a check .

Initially quoted $6 for sending a fax, and after it went through, changed the price to $17. That's right, 17 dollars!! Total rip-off!!!

Sami was an amazing representative! He helped me ship a solar panel kit to Puerto Rico. Currently due to the Hurricane Cat 5 that hit the island a month ago, DHL and UPS are the only trustworthy shipping services available to the island. He was very attentive to how secure my shipment was and to make sure I was aware of all of the possibilities (tax charges, delays) I might encounter with my shipment.
