The staff did not warn us that the theater had no heat yesterday (12.31.17). We stayed because the movie was so good. But it was way too cold. The manager was sympathetic. I’d only go back if I called first and learned the heat was working.
Came tonight to see the 8 pm show of Jumanji. Got there at 710. We were told It's in theater 1. And we were told to stand on line to wait. As soon as they put the Rope down people started running like animals Stampeding all the way to the theater, total disregard for people who had stood in line waiting. Not one bit of supervision I have never seen something like that before. Always thought this movie theater was nice but after that, not sure anymore.
The best movie theater I have ever been at... every seat is a luxurious power recliner with foot rest... it was like watching a movie in my own living room... all that was missing was a cozy blanket, although you didn't need it because the temperature was perfect!!!
The seats are comfortable, they have the recliners. They concession line moves much quicker then most of the local theaters. I wish the price board for concession faced the correct way, u can't read it the way it faces now. Love the soda machine, u get your own and it has tons of options.
We enjoyed the reclining seats there. You don't get to pick your own. But the prices are better than most. I only had one bad experience about 2 years ago maybe one actually now that I think about it. But lately all the customer service individuals there have been doing a spot on job!
