Great place to work and very very friendly people
We were shipping a small pallet and ordered a lift gate so it could be picked up safely, also needed one on the other end. No one showed by 5:00, we called and they sent over a driver. No lift gate. We got a couple of people and lifted it into the truck. We knew how important it was to the other company to get it. It shows up for delivery in a couple of days. No lift gate there. Driver marks the paperwork as such on both ends. We call and ask for the lift gate charges to be removed. They say, no can do. It was ordered so you will pay for it. True I did order it, but it was delivered so why should i have to pay for it. Very upset customer. Bad first time with them. Looks like I will be moving my freight back to my original company.
