Was really disappointed when I went to cancel my contract. I had explained to a girl there that I just had a "surgery" & she said come in by the 26th and we can cancel it for you. I came on the 26th & was still charged $47 for the following month, in which I can't utilize! I spoke to another girl & now she said I had to come in by the 25th! I was very upset that the first girl I spoke with gave me the wrong information! I asked for a refund & asked to talk to a manager and was then told that she didn't know when that would happen and for me to call back in a few days! Unbelievably poor customer service! Will never go there again!
Not only is this establishment exceptionally well run.. it is also clean, accommodating, and very well priced for the services provided. The owner is amazingly helpful, haven given me personal advice in regards to skin care on several occasions. Her managment team and staff have never been anything less than gracious every time I have been there. Their business hours are open longer than most and can work with anyone's schedule. Love the salon. Been tanning there for over a year now. New help comes and goes but isn't that everywhere these days. Hot beds in a clean place is what we all want. Who cares about anything else. Join u won't regret it.
It was ok. They never told me for my first time there, that I could get a free tan with a $5 purchase. That upset me. I feel like it was alot of money for one tan compared to other salons. She was going to charge me more than the price listed for the type of booth I selected until I asked about discounts. Was hoping this would be my new salon, but was rather disappointed. The girl seemed very nice, but not sure that it was worth the money.
Hot Tans is the best tanning salon around, I have been tanning there for the past 3 years and love it!! The place is always clean and I never have to wait!! They have the best prices around and so many different lotions to choose from! They also are always running specials! I just got a free month and lotion! The girls that work there are so helpful and friendly to! I have also done their spray tans, they are long lasting and NOT ORANGE at all!! They have 26 colors to choose from and the tan looks completely natural! I suggest stoping in at Hot Tans!!
