Lending me to realize that local fed ex service is 15 mins away, and actually has human behind desk...can't raise the price of a stamp enough to compensate for the shortcomings of what has become of the USPS.

Ridiculously simple minded automated response limitations. Expected wait time to speak with actual person is nearly 2 hrs...
