I went to Cadillac Ranch every weekend for over a year. The food, staff and karaoke were my main reasons for going. Unfortunately the staff I was fond of started leaving one after the other over management issues. It's unfortunate to see great people leave. In my opinion, your staff is ultimately what keep your customer base loyal to you.
Finally walked out. Will never, ever go there again. NOT worth it.
Avoid this place like the plague. We went on Friday evening to get dinner . Had to pay the $5 cover. Place was 1/4 full. Waitress took 30 minutes to get us our drink order. We ordered food (nachos & chicken fingers) that still hadn't arrived after 1 1/2 hours. Ordered another round of drinks that never came. One friend ordered water and waitress tried to charge us.
The place is ok, the service isn't. The wait staff is very slow, and a beverage takes a good twenty minutes to get, after waiting equally as long to see your waitress to order. I'd suggest starting two tabs, one with your waitress and one at the bar.
its country to charge a gal for a glass of tap water. Per PETE the Manager!!! We spent over 50$ on 7 girls at this awesome country club with amazing people. Except for the fact that the manager who won't give one of the girls who was done drinking TAP WATER. He wanted to charge us 4.00$ for a bottle of water. So sad! I really like this place but geez tap water 4.00$. So sad!
I've heard great things about this place, but was not at all impressed with what we saw on a Friday night after a local country concert at the Xfinity Center. I would definitely go to Joe's in New Paltz New York before going here even if this place was 5 minutes from my home.
