We have had a great experience that started with our salesman Jason (Jason) back in 2015. We purchased a 2015 Salem cruise lite and couldn't be happier. Jason was very patient with us and showed us numerous campers to get us the right fit for our needs. We did purchase a warranty when we bought it. Then in 2017, our slideput ceased on us. We called for service on a Monday, they had an opening and fixed the problem ( bad switch and bad wiring harness) in one day! Even though this was mid summer, main camping time, they were able to resolve this immediately so that we could make our next camping trip. Overall experience, extremely happy with everyone, from sales to maintenance dept.
