I went there to rent a storage bin the girl Lola in the office was so helpful she took me around showed me all the different storage options that they have it was a very good experience and lola was extremely helpful and kind
I am so completely disgusted with this company. If you value your belongings don't rent from these people. They don't even do cursory extermination. My daughter died 21 yrs ago and mice got into the only belongings I have of hers, they chewed pictures, dug holes in her dresses and blankets....and now Karen is playing games with debiting payments in order to cause me problems with my credit card.... I am taking my complaint to every media source possible!!!!!!
