We are taking Toby our 5 yrs old Yorkie for over 4 years to this wonderful place. The staff is very friendly, personal and professional. When we go on vacations he is having fun and love in there. We received everyday e-mails on how he is doing and also pictures. We are very happy with the attention and loving care that our baby receive in Pack Tracks. Really for him is a loving home away from our home. I also attended training sessions with Wendy, we had so much fun and he learned lots of good manners and tricks. Thank you guys, I will recommend your place anytime, you people are AWESOME!!!!!

We love the Pack Tracks Country Club for our buddy Riley to have play time with his fellow canines and his 'other people!' Wendy (a fellow Dolphan!) and the rest of the staff are terrific and they love our boy which makes us very happy!

I worked at pack tracks for one day and would like to tell you what I saw it is no country club the dogs do not eat the entire day no food or treats the entire time they are there, all dogs from 10 to 100 pounds are put together in the pack the little ones are getting trampled waiting for a bad injury to happen, there is no individual attention which all dogs deserve while there owners are not there to give to them that is the reason they bring them there and pay for I was trying to give that attention to some of the small dogs that seemed so scared trying to find there space in a large pack of 40+ dogs and was told there was absolutely no sitting on the job by Wendy.there is not one toy for them to play with I asked and was told they had none went and found some in back that were pretty destroyed but took them out and they were removed but staff right away and was told it would be easier for us with no toys then it wouldnt cause fighting.the toy was then thrown away in the poop bucket so it couldnt be used again. I was a nail tech for 30 years and always wanted to work animals that I wouldn't have to see then injured or mistreated so thought this could be my dream job and once again was disappointed in the treatment so I need to be there voice since they don't have one if you are the owner of a small dog that attends the so call country club be aware they are in danger of injury from being trampled or bitten by one of the larger dogs. I am going to miss the dogs very much because I feel they needed someone like me to spend there day with I enjoyed that very much just made me think that maybe in my future I should open one of my own because people do have the rights idea of doing something like that for there pets while they are at work or away but for the dogs it is a long stressful day because if the way it is ran by Wendy she is a cold person and should be replaced but don't regret the experience was glad I was able to spend the day with everyone of those great dogs and hope they get to spend there days away from there owners in a much better place I hope there owners read and take this information in to make it better for them while there favorite human is at work or away good luck

Really awesome place to bring your dog. :-) It's clean and the people who work there are very friendly and very knowledgeable.

I can not say enough great things about Wendy and her staff! My dog who had been battling aggression problems was boarded there for 2 weeks in the board and train program. I had tried everything up to that point and was feeling hopeless. I truly didn't think she could be fixed. Well I was wrong! My girl is a new dog! The amount of time and dedication Wendy and her staff put into working with her was amazing! They truly love what they do and love the animals like they are their own. I feel like my prayers were answered. I can not thank them enough for saving my girl! I would recommend this place for anyway seeking a warm loving supportive atmosphere for their fur babies❤️.
