The decoration are gorgeous! Who ever does the decoration for Christmas does a phenomenal job! The service was spot on. I like when waiters or waitresses aren't on top of u but know when u need a drink or water. The food taste delicious. If I had to say a negative it's that the stuff shrimp are tiny. Otherwise I will be going back! Especially for the decorations again before Christmas.
The decorations for the holiday season are magical. It can be seen a lot of effort is put in to make the experience truly amazing. Manager is a very friendly and accommodating. Staff is very friendly and accommodating even with last minute walk-ins. The food was really good and well presented. Had some lobster which was one of the best ones I ever had. Portions were the perfect size. Overall a great experience worth the price.
I use to go here all the time but never again. My family and I booked reservations for my dads birthday the day before we went and went over the reservations three times to make sure we were definitely on for the next night. We go there and it was a total mess. For one it was so crammed it was a fire hazard, you couldn't fit anyone through the door or down the hall where the bar was. Everyone was trying to squeeze by and people were yelling at one another to the point where people were getting into each other faces because nobody could move. It was as if they overbooked people on reservations because people were there for the same time we booked. As we approach the desk we told the lady we had reservations and was claimed we never made them when you can see we did through our cell phone. The lady continued to ignored us as we kindly explained we had reservations and she didn't even bother to look through her book which was so unorganized that our name could've been anywhere. We requested to see the manager and the manager rudely told us to leave and there was nothing she can do. My dad was so upset and disappointed on how we got treated we ended up leaving and going to a better restaraunt anyways. The place is ran terrible now and the food portions have gotten smaller and pricier. The Christmas decorations are the only plus to this place besides that they should be out of business for the way they treat people. I will gladly tell people to stop going here, not worth the frustration of trying to have a nice meal!
An absolutely beautiful and unique experience...the atmosphere, the staff, food and decor were perfect!! Would definitely recommend to anyone to go. Food portions were perfect. Looking forward to the summer for rooftop dining. Loved loved loved
Went for Christmas Eve Dinner with my family! The ambiance was exquisite, and the food was wonderful. Everything was delicious, and the service was wonderful. However, the prices were astronomical--so much so that we were actually wondering if we'd been charged twice before itemizing everything. We had a great time, but I am not sure it was QUITE worth that price. That said, I would certainly return and be a little more careful about price.
