They were obviously busy but they accommodated me, a first time customer, by finding a way to get me in sooner. . The interior was spotless, clean and shiny where shiny was in order.

I have a stained spot on one of the leather seats that has been there for years. I had forgotten to tell them that it has been well established that it is not removable . Fortunately the owner is experienced enough to know that it is better to leave it alone and not cause more damage to it or the surrounding area. I was pleased.
