Make an appointment before you go! The staff here is always friendly but they are busy. Walk ins don't get very far. Great services and honest pricing. I haven't had a bad experience here. Perfect for pesky state inspections and such.
They are reasonable in price for most things, but some easy jobs better to do your self. Wanted $60 for break light bulb, I did it in $5. $240 for battery replacement and I did it in $100. Have to make an appointment few days in advance, even then they didn't have the parts there to do the job. Had to come back again to get the job done. Everyone is very nice and friendly. Get a free car wash token with oil change.
Good pricing, excellent service and IF there may be a problem with the previous job, they will jump right on it and make sure you are totally satisfied. Excellent place for auto repair and even used cars for sale.
Mad Hatter Muffler and Repair is the real deal for customer service, I called last week. The owner Jeff took my call and was going to try to fix it right away for me but said Tuesday would be better and it wouldn't be a harm to drive the car. I was greeted at door by 2 very friendly ladies, then Jeff came out and looked at car right away and said no problem I will get it fixed and be done in an hour or so. It was convenient, I walked and got lunch. It was reasonably priced and I would highly recommend them. After many negative experiences at Auto shops I am happy I found them and will use again.
