Went in for immigration physical, it was much faster then I thought and the staff was very courteous, even went above and beyond to ensure we completed the process as soon as possible. Very happy to have a great place like this nearby to help us out.
I have been going to Velocity for years, they have done a fantastic job for myself and family. Will be going there again!
Couldn't take me in at 8:47... really? 2 minutes makes that much of a big difference... smh worst customer service
My daughter, Kathleen, was brought in there this past weekend very sick and was sent home with two prescriptions for the flu. Turns out that she has double pneumonia and is now intubated in the hospital. Thank God for friends who went to check on her at her house, saw how sick she was and took her to the hospital or she could have died! The hospital staff is very agitated with this place for not sending her straight to the hospital. If there was a minus 10 rating that is what I would give this place. STAY AWAY!!! They will be hearing from us soon.
Everything went well, except that they never specified that I was going to get billed the lab fees. Make SURE you read everything you are to signed so you can know plan accordingly.
