Used their store to recycle old computer parts. Staff asked if I needed help right away and were polite and courteous.
The poor staff always seems so stressed and like they are running around just to stay afloat.

The Print & Copy Center struggles at this location. My guess is that it may be understaffed? Getting help quickly and having online requests be fulfilled on-time have been my greatest difficulties.
Southington Staples is an adequate store and while they certainly meet my needs I would prefer a greatly reduced price on copies and a more expanded selection of electronics.
Kylie was the best!! My business cards came out on the wrong card stock and she reprinted them on the spot even though they were extremely busy. Thanks Kylie!!
