I had a very good experience dealing with Bob’s the company and the staff both on line and in store. I purchased a couch and love seat set in June of this year. In September I notice three discolored spots on one section of the couch. After going around with different departments at Bobs it was finally decided that I would be credited for the couch,a new one would be delivered at no cost to me and the old one would be removed. The only problem was the couch I had was discontinued so I needed to go to the store to pick out a new one. When I went to the store an amazing salesperson named Sam helped me to not only find a new couch but because it would not match the other love seat he worked with customer service to get me a matching set at no additional charge. The new set will be delivered and the old set removed at no additional charge. I always liked Bob’s but now I appreciate even more their integrity and customer care. Thanks Sam and everyone else who helped make this situation right and a positive experience!

Great experience at Bobs Furniture! Walked right in and greeted by Warren who’s very professional, informative, and courteous. Warren was concerned for our needs and found the perfect fit for what we were lookin for. He explained everything to us during our purchase and answered ALL of our questions. I highly recommend Bobs Furniture store and ask for Warren. He’s a great guy and very professional. Without a doubt he’ll do his very best to find what you’re looking for and make furniture sharping a great experience.

Jamie helped us out so much! He went above and beyond to make sure we were content with our furniture. It was also very helpful that he spoke Spanish, huge relief. Thank you so much for your help! Definitely will be back to get more furniture in the future!

Purchased an living room set. Horrible.. The Coffee Table is Horrible quality. They wont let me return thier Garbage. Also The couch I bought had a major defect then they replaced it. Now I know why they call it Bob's discount..... It's cheap. Don't waste your money.

Look I've heard a lot of horror stories about delivery drivers for Bob's. Some of those stories I think are over embellished because I he delivery gentlemen attached to my furniture we're above superb. Ray and Eddie we're professional, courteous, respectful, meticulous, and efficient even with me hovering over their work. Hahaha! It's easy to report a complaint because we pay our bad energy forward. It's more difficult to praise people when they go above and beyond. I've worked for Fortune 5 companies and the customer service there is nowhere the level these gentlemen exuded. Bob's, or it's delivery service, should hire more employees like Ray and Eddie. Kudos guys!!!
