We were greeted with a beautiful smile late at night at check-in! We have been blessed with beautiful souls. Yes, it's outdated but everyone that works here has made our stay grateful and blessed. We woke up to a dead battery and all the folks here assisted us with our issue without hesitation. You are in good hands here. Would absolutely recommend! Nice quiet place in a convenient location in Southington. Good breakfast too. Remodeling is not a problem.
Good hotel. The Great Room is on the small side so you may have to wait for an available table. Also the smoke detector went off in our room after we took a shower because the steam came out of the bathroom. Better ventilation of the bathroom would have prevented that. There are free USA Today for guests. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
The location is very convenient! The employees were very nice and helpful. The rooms were spotless. I could hear a bit of noise from the room next to me as the walls are somewhat thin, but it was quiet after 9pm. Breakfast was good and well maintained throughout the 4 hour window. Very happy!
Decent hotel, could use a remodel, and a little hidden back. But not terrible.
