I booked 2 nights. 12/24 &25th 21017. the first night was room # 237. the towel rack was broken and the shower fixture was in disrepair. Some tiles surrounding the drain were missing and need repair. Since the room was not cleaned during the 24th, I changed to room 324. This room had been renovated and was in great shape. I'd rate the stay as Very Good except for the 24th which was less than average.
Room & beds were on the small side but that was OK. Location is great with restaurants and shopping & it was right off the highway. No fridge or microwave but at what I paid, I couldn't complain. Hot water didn't work in the sink though & tub drain lift knob was broke off sitting on the side of the tub. Screwed it back on & it worked fine. Room wasn't cleaned but I'm beginning to notice that more when I vacation in different spots!?!
Been staying there for years. Very helpful while visiting relatives. This time the smoke alarm had been pulled out and not replaced. That is kind of serious. Otherwise very happy to stay there.
The staff was kind friendly and helpful. But the room was horrid! Phone with no number keys shower dripped all night and mold in tub. Heater buttons didn't work and it ran loudly all night! Either full blast or ice cold. Typically I stay at this hotel 15 nights per winter for snow work. I'll find something else, could sleep and staff couldn't do anything. But they were friendly and sympathetic at least. I'd rather pay more and actually get ton sleep
Had a week stay. Basic room but nice for the price. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Definately worth a stay if your on a budget.
