Was in here looking for a shade for over 45 minutes. Not once did someone ask us if we needed help despite walking by us multiple times.
Not many places provide this kind of service. Had it been a big box store, i would have been in line for a considerable amount of time and had to provide the receipt and maybe they would have replaced the bulb.

I was shown a variety of lighting and purchased fixtures that are beautiful. I bought a new lamp for the bathroom that uses LED bulbs. After using it for only a few hours, one of the bulbs died. Brought the bulb back and was given a replacement with no questions asked.
