Customer Service was excellent. However, selection of outdoor Holiday displays/lights I found to be very limited. Would like to see a better selection next year along with the extension cords,clips n etc
Bad customer service. Not enough staff and the people that are working aren't helpful (Same thing in Wallingford). I prefer Lowes a million times over Home depot.
I remodeled my whole house but what I'm most proud of is my kitchen I love how it came out and I love how much I paid for the whole project! Half of what I would have spent at Lowe's

I spent close to $5000 in recent months at home depot and today I had the worse customer service experience! I rented a spray paint machine for 2 days and when i returned it today, the person that was working in the rental department (black skinny male with no teeth) did not even say hello to us. We were polite the entire time and then he decided to charge us $50 cleaning fee for the machine after me and my contractor cleaned this machine very well prior to returning it. He was rude and I had never had a bad experience with a home depot employee until today. He just charged me flr no reason and told me I shouldve read the 10 page contract that I initially got when i rented the machine. the point is the machine was returned in excellent condition but he was unprofessional with us.
